Triton property, dates back to the inception of Nu-Dawn Resources, the predecessor company to World Ventures Inc. and was first acquired by the mining giant Teck-Cominco, in 1977. Teck-Cominco still holds a 1% NSR royalty on 5 of the 28 claims held in the area by World Ventures. The properties were inactive from l988 due to a moratorium on staking in the area which lasted several years, lapsing recently. The property holds exploration potential for 200,000 to 1,000,000 ounces of gold in a series of quartz veins in Precambrian-aged volcanics that are similar to those hosting the major historic and current gold producers in the nearby Timmins-South Porcupine, Kirkland Lake-Larder Lake, and Val d'Or-Malartic gold camps. Management believes that because of the history of the property, positive test results will lead to further gold production.

Plans are that Vision Exploration of Timmins, Ontario, will conduct ground geophysical surveys as well as more underground and surface sample programs when snow conditions permit.
